• Superuser.apk is missing from /system/app as well. I remounted the filesystem with rw and added it. I'm still not having any luck though. Anything that needs root permissions fails.

• Everything works fine if I import the files as existing android code instead of a project. I guess I should have been doing that from the beginning, as the projects might not be from Eclipse. OUYAtron successfully compiled.

• If I'm not mistaken, ouya-controller-testapp/ and game-sample/ are missing the Eclipse .project file and .settings folder. It's also interesting that a .idea file was included in game-sample/.
