Looks like you either don't have an Internet connection or the wrong version of Java is in your path...

unchecking the 'installed' box just gave me an empty list.
I did look at the manager log and it gave me an issue. Something about not finding a source on the internet... could that be it?

Oh wait you have the "Installed" filter checked. Uncheck that to see what is available to install.
