I think the one of the main reasons, is that new releases are instantly hidden away at the end of a 250+ long list way down at the bottom of the discover store.

A good controller for FPS games, would use a trackball or touchpad in place of the right stick. This would give excellent camera control while keeping all of the other controls usable in for the game.
I'm in the same boat here. Tried the above suggestion, it made no difference. I'm getting nothing at all listed when I run "adb devices".
Both my samsung phone and tablet show no problem.
