Ok, so I've decided to drop the Facebook stuff for now so that I can get the rest of the game out. I removed the Facebook stuff and replaced the AndroidManifest with the one from the Ouya SDK from GitHub, which is fully up to date.

The exception is gone with an update and a re-generated manifest, but it still doesn't actually work. Pressing the login button just closes and re-opens the game.
I still get that first bit posted above in my log, though.
