One more thing to note - I am downloading few updates (quite big games) at the moment. Maybe the free-space algorighm does calculate the free space incorrectly thinking that you need to have extra space for the update.
I did not have to enter my CC yet and I am downloading - not sure what are you referring to. OUYA allows me to do that. I am waiting a little bit until the software stabilize.
