Does copying the ouya_icon.png from OUYA-ODK\Samples\game-sample\res\drawable-xhdpi to your drawable_xhdpi folder work?

Do this step:Add the following line to ~/.android/adb_usb.ini for your OUYA console to be recognised:0x2836
