I sideloaded the Ouya framework APKs onto an Android emulator but for some reason wireless internet is absolutely required (which is evidently impossible when using an Android Emulator). So don't bother with the Ouya Framework APKs.
Also I'd like to mention that I saw a huge performance increase when I checked the OpenGL (emulate hardware GPU) option in AVD settings. Plus lots of other little tweaks that I can't remember, please let me know what you find out. It's taken me over…
