Getting the same error here when uploading new APK. Using libgdx and not doing any IAP, am I still needed to use the key.der? The documentation is very vague about what to do...
Did you add the libraries for the desktop project? Which jars did you add to which project? Sounds like some jar is missing.
I don't remember what version I'm using, I can check tonight. However, it has worked for me with different versions.
I use libGDX and run a desktop version of my game so I can test. Then I run on a Nexus 7 to test the performance since its hardware is equal to the specs of OUYA. Works like a charm!
The new firmware shows a little icon if an update is available. Not sure how to do updates other than deleting the game and installing the new version though.
