• It'd be cool to eventually be able to download emulators as plugins so you don't have full app icons crowding the list when you don't use them. I think you can do that sort of thing with libretro.

• I think it could work if you map the controller buttons to select from multiple choice actions. Using the on-screen keyboard wouldn't be too bad if it doesn't come up too often. Just stuff like typing in the player name or things like that.
