  Hmm...looks like I ran 'android update adb' at some point after modifying the adb_usb.ini file which wiped it out. Back in business now.

  I'm assuming you're using Windows, in which case you need to set up the driver again https://github.com/ouya/docs/blob/master/setup.md#windows
