I created this thread to clarify specific aspects concerning to developers located in Spain.

In this thread we can talk about how to fill out the payment information required to create In App Purchases. About the tracking of shipping packages with Ouya, the tax form and the power adapter needed to make it work.

But for now I only can answer questions about my experience with receiving the ouya console and the power adapter. 

Any one can help with the tax form or bank info?
