Valky over at ouyaforum suggested allowing people to top up their OUYA store credit with mobile phone credit.

Could take the form of a simple app that people download onto their phones. There are plenty of telco / carrier solutions for this kind of thing, so it'd just be a case of integrating it with OUYA's systems

This would let people without credit cards or paypal, and no access to a shop to buy top up cards, to easily buy stuff on the OUYA store.

    I'm sure OUYA is using some third-party merchant service for their IAP sales, just like they are for console preorders, so it'd be up to that service to support it.  It's a good idea, though.
