I'm currently working on a 3D top-down hack 'n slash game for the CREATE game jam! I have fond memories of playing games like Gauntlet: Dark Legacy with friends over local multiplayer, so we're trying to make a similar game in a team of two.
For the CREATE game jam, we're just putting everything inside of an arena to really focus on the gameplay. Long-term (i.e. for actual release) there will be actual levels to explore.
Prototype Features:
Supports up to 4 players!
Each player controls a warrior character
Enemy skeletons will spawn in an arena as the party fights to survive!
Game stats are displayed once the entire party is defeated. Try and beat your friends!

Just added a new screenshot showing off our arena that the player will fight in! I'm currently working on a mage enemy unit, hence the new skeleton and the fireball particle sitting in the center of the scene =]
Just a friendly heads up, there is already a title called onslaught for the wii developed by HudsonSoft.... Wouldnt want you to run into legal issues....

@Xaak Cool game. As the poster above noted, the game music continues to play after the game is exit via the OUYA home button. Maybe a fix for now is to stop the music. I know there is also a unity bug but stopping the music would be great. Right now I have to use force stop under Settings>Apps

Anyway, would you be interested in letting people play this at an OUYA themed meetup on Jan 24th?

I'll post the APK tomorrow at the end of CREATE - you're more than welcome to use it for the meetup!
Bam! 4-player support!
