Hello everyone
Firstly, i'd love OUYA to have a Internet Browser, to some this may sound silly, because thats what you have a computer for, right, well as the OUYA will be going in to my TV, i'd like to see web pages on my TV, where as on a computer, they appear on your computers monitor,
Plugin support is a must for any Browser, I'd love to see Adobe Flash Player support, yes it's dying out, but still webpages are sticking with it, so we need a browser which will support flash content, like youtube.com, and cnettv.cnet.com
Thats not just it, the OUYA team, if they choose to bring a Browser to the OUYA, need to think about the future, HTML5 is said to replace flash content one day, so support for HTML5, would make OUYA's Internet Browser, almost future proof!
Anyone else want to watch youtube and surf the web on there tv, using there OUYA console ?
Comments
Web browsers on consoles have always been sub-par.
But I don't like Adobe Flash Player in devices like this. I regret installing it on my Nexus 7. Many webs have so many flash ads, it makes the tablet work like a 50€ one. 4 processors won't be enough to deal with those flash ads :)
Download the flash plugin .api file using your android browser

Then go to Settings > Advanced > Enable plug-ins to enable it.
You should look for updates on the pirate bay and stuff as this is not a dead project.
