Samsung S2 (Sprint) not supported? "problem parsing the package"

Hi,

I'm trying to get the Ouya Framework and Ouya Luancher apps on my phone. 

When trying to install from my SD card I get an error, "problem parsing the package".

I have checked off "Allow Unkown Sources" in my settings.

Anyone else seeing this issue on their devices?

    Is your S2 running ICS or Jelly Bean?  You'll need to be on 4.1 to install the apps.

    I ended up borrowing a Nexus 7 to do my testing.
