Ratings System (MA, R18+, etc.)

Is there going to be a clear ratings system available for developers to classify there games into?

    Ratings are different in each country.  For app distribution in some countries, e.g. Brazil and South Korea, there must be a rating obtained from the ratings board for that country.  For app distribution in California, there must be a privacy policy provided.

    Here in the states, getting games rated for mobile are now free through the ESRB.

    I think an user-submitted rating system like the one on Xbox Indie Games would be ideal for Ouya.

    The idea presented by arcticdog is good too ani easy to implement.
