At least currently (jan 10th) if you try to visit the kickstarter page you see this:

GameStick: The Most Portable TV Games Console Ever Created is the subject of an intellectual property dispute and currently unavailable.

No need to check the servers — the rest of Kickstarter is doing just fine. Please come back before the project ends to check on its status.

This project is scheduled to end on Friday February 1, 7:23 AM EST.

    Update from Gamestick:
    "I'm sure you've all noticed that we have been temporarily suspended due to a copyright infringement notice. This does NOT RELATE TO OUR DESIGN OR PRODUCT - this relates to one of the games that was exposed in our UI demonstration on our videi that we did not have permission to use. We are working to quickly edit this video to comply with Kickstarter and we hope to be back up and running as soon as possible. "

    Okay, that was quick. They got the KS page back up and are editing the video. I consider this to be a bit of Ouya competition so it was interesting to see it have a hiccup. But it appears back up.
