    @Terrykim426 well the major differences were the addition of GoogleNow and a MASSIVE re-write of how Android scales the CPU based on usage. Building targeting the older OS can be OK, but I think the marketplace will likely reject it - so you best start planning that painful few days of upgrading the SDK (easy) and eclipse (shoot me!)

     If you need a benefit - your program will have a lot less lag with 4.1 ;-)
    Can't find aapt.exe? Temp fix: Copy another one from 'android_sdk/build-tools/17.0.0' back to your 'platform-tools'

    That benefit is most attractive for me  :))

    With the version 15, I tested on both Ouya and my Galaxy S3 phone, the framerate of Ouya is actually 1/3 slower than my phone. When I get back to my office, I will try out building the game with version 16 to see if Ouya will get any faster :)
