OUYA Checklist Improvement

If you've ever looked at https://s3.amazonaws.com/ouya-docs/OUYA_Dev_ReviewChecklist.pdf you know it's a mess, with spelling, grammar, and terminology mistakes. And then matching the required / option marks to items is a pain.

I whipped up a cleaner one quickly this afternoon. Hopefully this is useful to someone other than myself.

    2.17 "legible on a 10' screen". A 10 foot screen?  That won't fit in my house.
    3.17 "gamelicable" -> "applicable".  I guess someone did a search/replace of "app" with "game"
    3.18.1 "Use" -> "use"
    3.22 "Doube" -> "Double"
    4.19 "gamelication" -> "game". Another search/replace booboo

    Ha, didn't catch that one from the OUYA docs, fixed.
