You need to go through their customer support system (start with @OUYASupport on twitter, or have a look on the support site https://support.ouya.tv/home ). This is really just the forum for OUYA game developers.

Got another canned response Ouya:
"Your OUYA is ready to go... but somehow, we don't have your shipping information."
So I gave them the shipping info yet again...maybe I'll get lucky.

Their customer support is:
1. We don't have your shipping info on file
2. I send them the info
3. It's on the way.
4. 2 weeks later they think all is well and close the ticket.
They don't send any tracking info and nothing happens. I suspect it's an automated script and noone is there. It's coming up to a year now, I ordered it 10/10/12. Not too happy at this poing.
@walkabout I looked and we actually didn't have your shipping information. We should have caught this long ago and didn't, but it's why your OUYA never shipped. Your OUYA should be shipping tomorrow or Weds. latest and be with you shortly thereafter.

Hope you're right, but Ouya received my shipping address on:
10/10/12 when I ordered it online
6/20/13 when I replied to Ouya's shipping verification request online
9/11/13 when I gave it to Ouya support online
9/21/13 when I gave it to Ouya support online
Losing shipping info is kinda like claiming the dog at my homework. Just saying...
--unless you're scribbling it all down on post-it notes after it's already the database since all of this was done online. Presumably the first two transactions would be directly stored in the database!

Update: It looks like Ouya has sent the console. I'll pick it up tomorrow at the warehouse at work. And then I can get to trying out some code. Thank you.
And next time buy hardware from Amazon not from a startup. :) Startups are never good at shipping things. My OUYA arrived within a few days from when it was available.
