Hey guys, I got the Ouya in hopes of getting into video game developing. No matter what I do I can't seem to find anywhere how to start developing on the Ouya. I'm basically a noob and need help with how to even get it on the Ouya to start.
Look for information about developing games for Android. The OUYA is simply an Android device, so anything you learn about Android game development in general will more or less apply to the OUYA.
There are tons of options, and like LususAnimat said everything for android basically works for OUYA too. If you have no game development experience I would recommend Game Maker. I think they support most OUYA features now, although I dont use it myself.
If you want something a bit more advanced I would recommend Unity for 3D games and LibGDX for 2D. These are just my personal opinions though, there are lots of options out there.
