Support Response Time

I asked support a question regarding the kickstarter match program on July 23, still no response. My ticket says "Awaiting assignment to a support agent".

Anyone have insight into this?  Is this typical?

    @SavedGames your best bet for questions like this, given c.s.'s load lately, is to ask your question directly here on the forums, or via email (I believe there's one on the link I provided).  I'll answer if I can, or find out the answer.  Go ahead :)

    My question is whether it violate the terms of the match program if we released an alpha build first (Ouya only) and then do the kickstarter.  Thanks for your effort and insight,

    @SavedGames no, if the Alpha build is only on OUYA you would not violate the terms of the match program. 

    By the way, the email for free the games is your best bet to get answers.  I may or may not be around and your questions here may or may not be answered quickly on things like Free The Games :)
