Hey there guys, anyone noticed that you can pull anything useful from samples or code from the unity website? it's a huge waste of time. every I have been searching on I found it here or somewhere else.. and lots of you tube.
well I shouldn't say useless. There some useful snipets of code. It seems to me that there is more support for javascript than C#.
the reference guide is great. but...also some of the samples they put on are too advanced for people new to unity.
I think the unity team should have samples such as:
Collision samples Playing samples Spawning new objects from prefabs Animation samples Using keys samples
Simple short tutorials... at least from new unity users.
I found all the sample snipets I was looking for but from different places. Mostly from youtube, and people way to much there before they get to the point.
