Just had this error today when resubmitting a game that didn't have any errors last time I attempted to submit.
I have tried re-downloading the key.der file and have also tried modifying the keystore using the existing keystore and the create new keystore options to no avail.
Please help.

Fully tested the game on the Ouya and it runs perfectly.
Would love some hands on help though if you are willing to organize a screenshare, let me know how to go ahead with this.
