Retry Purchase

Sorry, but why can't I buy games?

Everytime I click on purchase, there is this "Wait a second..." window opening. My card information is right, I checked it twice.

Am I the only one having these problems? Help me :D!

    Maybe this is because I am from Germany and we have different postal codes?
    But then I think there would more people asking...

    Or it is just a temporal issue. Hope so.

    They didn't even answer my two mails I sent them 3 weeks ago, cause of the name of my upcoming game (which I had already reserved and could not use). Now I don't care anymore, I published it with the name " Sansarom 3D " instead of "Sansarom".
    I am exited when I will get THOSE answers.

    No, the support is probably not the best idea ;)

    Your country shouldn't matter, schoendevelop.  What firmware is your console on and is this happening on a specific game or all games?

    My console just update yesterday, so I think it is the newest firmware.
    I tried it again this morning, and its still not working. Everytime I hit that purchase button - in all games - it tells me if I want to retry. Then again ... and again...

    OK got it - sorry.

    The credit card wasn't activated :/.

    Ah!  So glad you got it sorted out.  This had me very worried since no one else has seen the issue, including our internal QA :)

    I have had my Ouya for a few weeks. There are some games I would like to purchase but I get the "Wait a second, Retry purchase" error. I have double-, triple- and quadruple checked my card information. My card was already activated but I have made sure it is activated everywhere in the world and over the Internet.

    I created two accounts on the Ouya, one as gamer and developer, the other as just a gamer. But I get the same error no matter what I do. I even did a factory reset.

    I have purchased other stuff over Internet successfully, for example the LeapMotion device that newly was made available for preorderers.

    I live in Sweden.

    Is there a way for people at Ouya to see why I am not able to do any purchase?
    Or should I contact my credit card company? Maybe they can see why I cannot make any purchase from Ouya?
