Just wondering if need to purchase unity pro. The free one seems good enough only think it displays that splash screen at the beginning. powered by unity.
There is no need to purchase the full version unless you plan to use Image Effects or the profiler. There are a few others, but nothing is stopping you from doing IAP with Unity's free version.
The only difference for the plugin is you have to use the Unity menu File->Build and Run, versus clicking the "Build and Run" button on the OUYA panel...
