I am having trouble testing my game on my OUYA device. I am wondering what is the best way to get my game on to my OUYA so I can debug?

Also, I have the SDK, JDK, and NDK setup, created a build and then downloaded the .apk to my OUYA. IT showed up in the play section but did not run. Is there something else that needs to be set up for it to run on OUYA? Thanks.

I hadn't set the company name or changed the package from the default name. Once I did that it worked fine, except for my code. Thanks!

Right the first step should be create a unique bundle identifier.
com.yourcompanyname.title
I've seen several titles submitted for review using my TimG_Art icon. You want your own custom icons too.
