Anyone using MMF 2 to make an Ouya game?

I have been using MMF2 for years now and will be bringing a demo of my latest game KK to Ouya as soon as I get my Ouya in August.

Anyone else converting MMF games to Ouya?

/Sigh, KK is the acronym for his game and has nothing to do with what you are thinking of.

Haha if it was that kind of game surely it would be KKK?

Nevermind, just found Multimedia Fusion 2. This looks very interesting... like Game Maker or Construct 2. I see that it has an android/ouya export module. Do you have this module? I have my ouya if you need someone to test your game until august.

No I haven't bought the module yet but will be in August. Thanks for the offer but I haven't even finished the PC demo yet, once I do I will transfer the controls over to the Ouya controller. It's a shame more people on here ain't interested MM

My-bad. Lol. Okay i use mmf2 i am aftet making a few indie releases for xbox360 using mmf2. It's actually easy to use. The good thing is that you dont actually need to know how to program lengthy lines of code to make a game or app. If know how to program you can get things done even faster.

Ah thats cool, what type of game you looking to bring to Ouya? I'm doing mine as Ouya Exclusives. Well obviously they will be made on PC so they would be out for that too but other then that just Ouya lol.

Oh I am working on Super Painter Bros. A bit of mario and sonic rip off. but unique enough so it's not a complete rip off. Plus games Sega and Nintendo completely stopped making good platform games.
    :D

I was going to post a screenshot but there is no upload image option. There is one for links.. there should be something here for uploading screen shots.

I am into making platform games.

    Nice graphics. Looks cool.

The last I saw MMF2 didn't support IAPs. Doesn't every Ouya app have to?

Well they came up with an exporter for flash, XNA, iOS and Android.

The android exporter has options for ouya.

There are ouya objects too in the menus for the ouya controllers.

I am going to be using MMF2 for 2D games and unity for 3d.

Yep, just checked. It doesn't currently support in-app, so you can make your game but it will have to be free only until they release the in-app stuff

the in-app plugin still on being developed. I read that there are ways around it.

I guess by the time I finish my game the plugin will be available.

There was a problem too with the store display icon, but I think the new update fixed that.
    I fixed mine manually.

August is when I'm buying my Ouya if they have any in stock by then. I received an email back from Clickteam when I asked about IAP on the Ouya exporter. Here's what they said: Not yet but we are working on this now. Jeff Jeff Vance

if you have an old PS3 controller you can pair it with the OUYA.

No just a couple of wireless 360 pads

I think there is some sort of usb adapter you can buy to pair the 360 controller to the OUYA but that would just defeat the purpose of pairing a controller from another system for free.

Yup I know, so how many games have you got ready to release for Ouya? I've got another 2-3, just waiting for Clickteam to sort IAP.
