Cannot submit update?

I don't know why but when I'm trying to update my game, when I finished uploading the apk, the window does not close automatically, I save and when I try to submit, there's a prompt that tells me that the "Game cannot be submitted without a file attachment." Any idea why?

    Have not seen this.  The window should close automatically, of course.  Is this still occurring for you?
