Erm... where's my console?

I paid for an Ouya console and two joysticks ages ago and I was supposed to have it delivered by now.  Where is it?  Who can I contact about this?

    Don't expect to get it anytime soon - i've been sending them emails for 6 weeks and I was an early kickstarter backer. Their customer service is horrible in answering emails

    Well that's just great.  Good start for a company if they have very average email support.

    I received my console/controller but not the additional one I ordered as part of the kickstarter  run. I haven't heard back from them either unfortunately.

    You are not alone... I am also an early backer since way, way back.
    Ordered to Europe (extra shipping and a extra control).

    1 month ago I got a email from Ouya telling me my shipping adress was incomplete/faulty so I had to change it.
    Two whole weeks went by when I got a second mail telling me my adress was wrong ONCE again(?).
    So now it is correct and I can see on the DHL tracking page that the package was sent june the 22th only with ONE controller!????
    Nothing has been updated on DHL since the 22th and I have no idea what to do when it arrives with only 1 controller.

    This has all been so badly handled by Ouya and they have allready reached the stores and I am still waiting for mine.
    And no I will not recommend this to my buddies since everything I've read about it on other forums and how this has been handled

    Well I just unwrapped my console and downloaded a gazillion free games.  Awesome!!!!  I'm now looking into porting my games over, starting with the Unity plugin.

    Same thing here, I was in the early pre-order. Send them an email 2 weeks ago asking if there was any info (as they were supposed to ship at the end of april and I have yet to receive any confirmation mail whatsoever). Yesterday I received a standard pre-typed reply which directed me to the FAQ. I shouldn't have pre-ordered and just gotten the retail version...
