How to delete downloaded files in the folder Downloads?

KabutoKabuto Posts: 12Member
For testing my.APK on my OUYA, I go to my dropbox folder via the browser and download my app, now I have almost 800 mb in that folder and will not let me or I move in the same.

If you would like I can empty this folder and leave it without files?

No need to do that. You should be able to plug your OUYA into your PC and install using that. Most engines will have a button to uninstall the last version and install the new version for you, but you can also use adb to do it.

If you've got your OUYA plugged into the TV in a different room / far away from your PC, it should be possible to set up adb to work over the wifi/wireless. I've not tried it myself, but if you have a search of the web, you should be able to find instructions

Meantime, to answer your question, I wrote a handy guide here to explain how to remove failed download files. It should be the same for what you want to do : http://ouyaforum.com/showthread.php?3545-Remove-Failed-Downloads
