Several months ago I tried learning development. It seems that every time I find a tutorial that is written in many pages, I get confused. They don't talk clearly and I haven't found a video at least that can show me the basics. Anyone opting to show me development? I got the tools, I only need help. Any partner?

A couple of good places to start are Gamemaker and Unity3D. Both have a lot of excellent tutorials on the web in both text and youtube form. For both, you will probably spend some time learning to make games and learning to use the programs/tools but after a bit, you'll probably know enough and be ready to put your game on the OUYA itself (at which point, you'll need a different set of tutorials :P)

I know OUYA has been advertised as making it easy to make your own games. That's only partly true, in that OUYA makes it a lot lot easier for people who already know what they are doing. However, making games (period) is still incredibly hard, and no matter what tools you use, it doesn't really change that fact

I'm sorry you wasted your money without so much as touching Google.
As others have said, it is the simple truth: making games requires effort. It requires LOTS of effort, and NOTHING is ever going to make the whole process "easy" without being incredibly limiting.
Like others have said there are plenty here willing to help and get others up and running. I myself have helped a few and i know the others here have also...
However, you cant drag and drop your way to success, it just doesnt happen that way. You do need to put in some effort and game development does require you to program the game. If your not willing to dive into it then maybe this isnt the platform for you...
Best of luck in whatever you finally decide..
