So... Just a noob looking over all the ouya dev stuff they have here. I'm very intrigued that they have Game Maker as a supported game engine, and as I was looking about I have many, many questions as I've never officially made a game or released one to the public, of course.

So... just how exactly does one submit a game to Ouya in the first place? What file do you send? Just a raw text sheet of all the code, the Game Maker file, and app that starts the game on Windows.... what? Or... worst case scenario... do I need to recode everything to run on the Ouya dev kit that you download here?

I also have other questions, but I'll ask them in different discussions so this one at least has some sort of focus.

Anyway, thanks in advance :)

You should look into how Android development works. That should explain a lot.

In any case what you submit is an Android executable - an APK file.
You didn't remember the plot of the Doctor Who movie because there was none; Just a bunch of plot holes strung together.
