How do you get in touch with Ouya?

We've tried contacting them multiple times over the past few months over various topics related to our game's development and their policies, but I believe the only time they've actually responded to us is when we had hardware/controller issues.

Is there any way to get in touch with them?  Has anyone else had luck?

Who have you been talking to (or trying to contact)? The main contact for developers and general developer 'concerns' I believe is Kellee Santiago. I spoke to her over skype a week or so after she started, and she said if developers like me had concerns or questions, she was the person to pose them to. I think she's also supposed to be listening for developer input when helping guide the feature roadmap for future OUYA versions

PR is Abby Topolsky(?) and Bob Mills (of youtube fame) for marketing, though the only time I ever got any response back from the former was when something I did ended up generating lots of negative headlines for OUYA. All the positive stuff that I've tried to run past OUYA ended up largely getting blanked, so I've pretty much stopped telling them about it (for example, the people behind The Gadget Show, which is quite a popular TV show in Channel 5 here in the UK, asked me to come in and demo them my OUYA earlier this week so they could record a feature on it. But OUYA don't know that yet :P)

With stuff actually related to the hardware/software on the console, then yes, I've found it easier to get in touch with one of the OUYA dev team. They seem to be fairly easy to track down, and reasonably approachable

I've also found making lots of noise on forums like this one, or ouyaforum.com or reddit.com/r/ouya seems to at least get heard. OUYA does have a community manager, but I've only ever seen him lurking on forums and the like. Never actually seen him post something or reply to someone.

I keep telling people OUYA are the opposite of most companies. Great at listening, terrible at talking. I personally have seen things on this forum and in other places get discussed, then a month or two later appear on the console, without OUYA giving any indication that they might be considering it (which is fair enough for things like feature requests, but for other things, that lack of two way communication has caused problems)

We're not easy to track down.  You'll never find us let alone me.  Never.  :)
