can't download ODK for some reason.

When I go to this page (https://devs.ouya.tv/developers/odk) and click "Download ODK" it gives me this.

Is this happening to anyone else?

    As mentioned in several other threads, remove everything after the .zip in the URL (from the ? to the end).
