Games Pulled From the Store??

I noticed that 3 games have been pulled from the store - "Blood", "Lord of Portals", and "Fist of Fury".

Why were these games pulled?  I noticed that Lord of Portals looked exactly like the game Hexen II, was that the reason?  Were these games ripoffs?

Well it looks like even Google removed Lord of Portals from the Play store. Can't speak of the other two, but it would seem so.

I think the individual who is doing Unity Alice should talk to Boxer8 before continuing.
Question the paradigm you believe in

Lord of Portals was awful. Control stick implementation barely worked, the camera jittered an absolutely insane amount, and for some reason "Y" was their confirm button. I'm pretty sure it was developed without an actual OUYA to test on.

We're not releasing Unity Alice to the market place.  It will be hosted on my server (free) in the form of an .APK file that has to be transferred manually to the Ouya console.  Even if it were ever approved I still would prefer that we keep it out of market

    Why's that?

Most likely to minimize chances of the owner of the copyrights for American McGee's Alice and Alice:Madness Returns becoming litigious (which can happen regardless of actual legality).

He did get permission from AMerican saying it would be ok as a fan fair game as long as the game isn't being sold. So it shouldn't be a problem, but it's probably better for it not to be in the store to avoid any issues from EA who owns the IP on it now.
