app not installed

Well, after some tinkering, I Managed to upload my .APK file with my DEV Account, I see the APK in the "Make" option, I managed to download it correctly, but when I try to install it, I get the following error:

"App not installed"

And it doesn't tell me why, it just don't install it.

I've been trying all day to make this thing work, I'm getting kinda rustrated now, hehe :D

Any ideas?

    Just found out the APK doesn't install on my own phone either, so I am surely doing something wrong. I'll dig deeper on this :)

    Well, it seems when I add my ouya_icon.png file, Android refuses to install the .APK.

    Anyone has any idea of why this may be happening?

    EDIT: That's it, I add the ouya_icon.png in the res/drawable-xhdpi , I can't install the .APK on my phone, and it also doesn't install on my Ouya.

    I remove the file, it installs on my phone correctly, but I can't upload it to Ouya because it's missing its icon.

    The file is in .png format, it's at the correct resolution, I even tried to save it in 2 different gfx programs. Help, what am I doing wrong ?!?!?!

    Does copying the ouya_icon.png from OUYA-ODK\Samples\game-sample\res\drawable-xhdpi to your drawable_xhdpi folder work?
