Purchase, uninstall, and reinstall...

If I unlock a game by buying the full version, and then I uninstall that game, and then re-install it, will it still be unlocked?  That is, when I go to read the receipts using the API, should I expect that the game would be unlocked for the player?

Oh, also... is the receipt specific to the signed in user who bought the game?  Or the ID of the system itself?  If a user buys a game, and then a new user logs in, should the game still be unlocked?

    AFAIK, purchased items are stored server-side for the signed in user. That means that not only should you be able to uninstall and reinstall, you should also be able to log into a different console and have it unlocked there, too.
    You didn't remember the plot of the Doctor Who movie because there was none; Just a bunch of plot holes strung together.

    Thanks.  I was able to test and verify all of the above.  I was initially having some problems with getting receipts after a re-install, but I think that was just a network issue on my end.  Things are working now.
