I've tried to get usb to work with eclipse for about 5 hours now and I followed the instructions located at https://devs.ouya.tv/developers/docs/setup . Getting my Nexus 4 up and running for development took about 10 minutes.
OS: Windows 8 Java: java 6 32-bit and also tried java 6 64-bit for the heck of it
Android APIs: 4.1.2(API 16) also 4.0 (API 14)
Eclipse: Juno Service Release 2
Android SDK Manager: Revision 21.1 32-bit
I've looked at other posts and I have tried about 5 diffident methods but to no avail. Someone mentioned they use the Samsung galaxy drivers. I tried the galaxy note drivers but that didn't seem to work so if anyone has done this could you be a bit more specific?
