Suggestion: Show the game's name until the ouya_icon.png is ready

Is easy to do and will let people go faster when looking for a game.

    Also it'd be nice to cache a bunch of them so it doesn't have to download it every time.

    Realize that they had the icons loading in almost instantly in earlier firmware versions, but broke that for this firmware (along with a message that they knew about it).  So I'd expect this super slow loading is a temporary thing that will go back to nice and fast in the May firmware update.

    Either way they should be cached, because some people have poor connections :) but also it saves them some amount of bandwidth.
