Here's the most recent screen from our entry, called "Pig Eat Ball". It's a 4 player action game where you control a flying pig creature in outer space trying to eat the most balls first. As you eat the balls, you get bigger in size. Your friends can bump you on your tail though, which makes you spit out a ball.
As the game starts most players just try to eat as many balls as possible, but once someone starts getting really big, it's clear the other players need to work together, bumping the biggest player's tail to knock them down to size--if they don't, that player will surely win!
It's getting close, but I just got the game finishing with a wrap up screen last night. I think we'll have something nice for the contest!
In this new video we look at how the game has two levels, each with different level layouts, and different completion goals. The HUD properly recognizes the new level goals and shows the proper icon and goal number at the top.
The first level has all players scrambling to get as many yellow tennis balls as possible. As you play you can now also 'boost' by holding the O button down to fly around, faster, but out of control. If you bump into someone's tail while boosting, they barf out balls!
In the next game type/level, you are now required to get some of the barf balls. As you get balls and bump other people, they barf up balls they already had. The yucky green balls are the barf balls. They will return to normal after a time. It depends on which game type it is to determine if the barf balls are 'good' or 'bad'. In this second one, you're required to get some.
Video diary 6: New progress on the game, bugs fixed since the CREATE submission. The extra polish really helps make it much more enjoyable since you're no longer getting stuck with collision bugs

We held a great launch party in Louisville KY a few weeks ago for our XBLA game Serious Sam Double D XXL. Several developers from the area showed PC, mobile, and Xbox 360 games.
But we also showed some Ouya games too! Here's some pics of Pig Eat Ball being played in public, with the swanky Ouya in a swanky barbershop!

We look forward to it. Hope to be on the forums a bit more in the coming weeks and months, but you can all rest assured we're stoked about this community and wish we had more time to hang out :p
The game's been getting good responses overall and at this point we've decided to hold on to it longer, expand it, make it better overall. I'd obviously *really* like to have it in today/for the big launch but it's just not ready. I think it could be great-great! Thus, I'd like to work on it longer.
