Way more "downloads" than "unique downloads"

With the new stats, I'm seeing almost 1.5 times more "downloads" than "unique downloads".

Of course I would expect the number of unique downloads to be lower, but I am surprised at the size of the difference. Why would almost every second person download a game twice?

Note that I have not yet put out any updates for any of my games - so it isn't people downloading new versions.

    Maybe a lot of people stop downloads and resume them later? That might concievably get counted as a duplicate download.

    I guess that's possible. None of my games are very large, though, so they download almost immediately.

    It might also be from previous firmwares where downloads frequently completely stopped and the user would have to manually click to download it again. Thankfully I think they fixed that Jul 25th or so.
