Was wondering what the general consensus on support turn around time is?
It seems to me that OUYA is being seriously overwhelmed and just needs more staff, this much is obvious. However I do understand why as OUYA is awesome and is only going to keep getting better with the community, something that will continue to grow.
Just wondering because I've been waiting over a week. The 2-3 day email is nice, but if you can't match that time you could at least say we are super busy and it will be addressed in the order received, etc.
If anyone from OUYA reads this my ticket is 55541. My OUYA was returned back to the USA (from Canada) because OUYA told UPS to send it back, when UPS was supposed to be holding it until I got back from vacation. UPS told me to contact the shipper, and I did, but it would have been nicer to actually speak to someone from OUYA the same day I talked to UPS (July 9th)
OUYA hire more staff for support! I just want my OUYA :(
