Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons would be a nice game. Unreal Powered, digital only for PSN, XBL and Steam currently. Been looking at this game for a while.
Also, I too would like to see more RPGs and RTS games.
Perhaps some ambitious devs taking advantage of a second screen (Tablet/Smartphone) for controls or additional info. Got the idea when I started using the Blue Board app on Ouya. Would be a cool use of the really open Bluetooth connectivity (ahhh Android).
Heh, we get these type of threads about once a month at ouyaforum.com
GTA Vice City seems to top the polls quite often, owing partly to the fact that it apparently works beautifully with full controller support when sideloaded onto the OUYA.
I think it makes a lot of sense to try and get developers who've already put games onto Tegra zone on board with OUYA, since they are mostly very shiny, high quality and come optimised for OUYA's hardware already. (One developer was telling me there was quite a high quality bar that NVidia set for Tegra zone when he applied, so it shows a commitment to quality and being the best).
More generally though, I just want to see games that really show off not necessarily the power the OUYA has, but the things that make it different from other (open) platforms. Local multiplayer games for example, don't have to be graphically intensive, but can be great fun and certainly not something you can play on PC or tablet/smartphone
Another target area has got to be XNA developers, who using Monogame, can get their games ported across to OUYA. Lots of the games there are going to fall into that local multiplayer category, and since those devs have been ditched by MS, many are now looking around for a new home
As well, anything that is a bit experimental or "innovative". I know that word is horrendously over-used, but there are still so many areas where gaming can move to, and with the OUYA, you now have an open platform to do things like connecting tablets as second screens or motion controllers. That kinda stuff hasn't really been available to indies before in a big way, and could be another avenue for game devs to explore with the OUYA
I also agree about the TegraZone. Lots of optimised games with great graphics and a high level of controller support.
I know a couple of teams with Tegra games are looking at the platform but it would be even better to see a considerable Tegra Zone partnership with Ouya, now an explicitly Nvidia backed console. The games in theory would transfer so easily.
Official Gameloft titles like Modern combat or other fps action games.
Btw OpenArena officially support OUYA. Latest release supports launcher as well as controller, just install it and enjoy :-)

I also want to see U4ia hurry up and port Offensive Combat.
