I asked for the status of my order about a month ago and haven't gotten a reply!

OUYA team,

I went ahead and pre-ordered one of your machines about two months ago.  Not expecting much, I let things go for about a month, becuase it seems the OUYA is rather popular.

About a month ago, I was curious to the status of my order (#5206), so I sent an email to [email protected] requesting details.  I've never gotten a response on that inquiry.

Question - is the email address in the confirmation e-mail correct?  Should I ask someone or somewhere else?  I'm unnerved by the lack of reply about my order.  It's just a simple status check.

    oh crap!  I hope mine don't take long to ship I'm wonring to release a game at launch and have no device to test it.
